WebMy guess is its trying to use XMP, and on the K7 you simply cant use XMP yet, it doesn't work well. Just set your ram manually, 29.33 for the multiplier. Then go into Memory settings, change memory timing control from Auto to Advance manual, then set your timings. If your ram is 15,15,15,15,35, set it manually to 16,16,16,16,36. WebThe AsRock X370 Taichi, the AsRock Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming, and the ASUS ROG Crosshair VI Hero all have really robust VRM. Other X370 motherboards, no so much. From my testing on the K7 auto enables PB but it runs conservative, enabled runs PB aggressive. I set everything to auto in NBIO and balanced plan.
